If your order has not been dispatched yet, place the order with the additional items as you would do normally.

Before placing the order, you can either: - Add a note saying you would like this added to an existing order, and provide the order number in the note. - Contact our customer support team to let them know you would like this item added to another order. -

When you checkout, you will be charged the shipping fee for a second time. This fee will be refunded to you assuming the additional order was placed before dispatch of the original order.

Alternatively, you could wait for one of our customer support reps to send you a free-shipping discount code before placing the additional order.

At the bottom of your cart, click the "ORDER NOTE" dropdown.

Once expanded, there will be a text box for you to add a custom note to your order. Once you are done typing, checkout as usual and your order note will be saved.

The wait time for your order can be broken into three stages:

1. Payment Processing

At this stage, your order has just been placed and the payment is being verified with your bank. For some customers, this happens instantly or within hours but for others it can take up to 3 business days.

Verifying that all payments made are valid before preparing your order helps us to combat chargebacks & fraudulent claims

2. Production & Dispatch

Once your payment is verified, we will begin processing your order. All garments are produced and packaged in house.

In order to minimise waste and our carbon footprint, we avoid keeping large amounts of ready-to-ship product on hand – instead opting to produce each garment on demand/per-order-basis. This invevitably lead to longer processing times but has a much better impact on the enviornment.

This is the longest part of the fulfillment process and the amount of time taken varies. It generally takes 3-5 working days, but can take up 10 working days during busy periods.

3. Dispatch

Once your order is ready to be sent out, a shipping label is purchased and your order will be marked as fulfilled. At this stage, you should get an email with a number you can use to track your order (if applicable)

4. Arrival

Arrival times vary depending on location – but – orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days (domestically). International orders may take longer. Please check our Shipping Policy for more information on arrival times.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, processing times may increase significantly. You will be given a time-estimate for processing after your order has beeen placed.

Processing on average takes 3-10 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, meaning any items ordered after Friday noon will be processed the following week.

Before your package is prepared, we must ensure that your payment goes through sucessfully .i.e. is accepted by your bank.

For some customers, this may be instant and for others it can take up to 3 working days to verify payments. We do this in order to protect against fraudlent orders.

Once the payment has been verified/accepted, we will then work on packaging your order before it is dispatched. This usually takes up to 3 working days.

Extra processing time can be expected for backorders. You will be notified if this is the case.

Please note that this is just a rough guide and by no means a guarantee.

Non-domestic orders (.i.e. orders heading outside of Ireland) may require additional time to processs.

Any orders placed for products that have gone out of stock .i.e. back-orders will require additional time to process. This time can vary from a number of days to weeks depending on supply avaliability. In the event of such, you will be notified by one of our customer support representatives.

This depends on the location, but, on average, domestic orders (placed in Ireland) arrive within 1 to 4 working days from dispatch.
